'This was a wonderful property and location. It was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated with plants. We did not want to be right in Coimbra so we picked a nearby location. It was only about a 25 minute drive into town, where we spent the day visiting the university, shopping and enjoying dinner. There was a grocery store nearby where we picked up breakfast supplies. We especially appreciated the onsite parking.'

'We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little house with our family (kids aged 10, 12, and 14). The location is absolutely stunning and so peaceful, the perfect spot to unwind. 'Property was very good, well maintained and spacious except for the parking that was very small and we could not fit our rented car. If you have a small car, this property is perfect.'

'This place is basically a hotel. It is very close to the university. The listing is a little misleading as it is only one room. There is a toilet stall but no privacy for the shower or tub. This is meant for a couple on a romantic getaway, not right for families or friends. There is no parking except on a narrow road which is difficult to navigate. 'First impression may be a bit rough, it’s an old small house on a street with construction, but ultimately turned out to be ok, the host Isabel was nice and we had all we needed. A garden patio in the back of the house is actually cute. The only inconvenience we had was no air conditioning, but there were a couple of floor fans.'
