'Staying at the Harkness was an experience. I was wanting to stay at a unique hotel on my trip and the Harkness is definitely that. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to get away from the cookie cutter hotels.'

'Loved my stay here! The check-in ladies were lovely, the room was quaint and had a super comfortable bed. As others have said, close to everything… Just a darling old-fashioned Hotel. I had the single queen room and it was perfect for one person, but I can’t imagine sharing it with a partner, so you might want to check on room size if you’re not solo. Huge bathtub in the room that can be filled from the springs was a lovely feature.'

'Gas station, Restaurant and convenience store on property. Other than that pretty much isolated. A clean room to sleep and clean up in. Had a power problem in the first room that I was put into, but they quickly moved me to another room and everything was fine.'

'Having a mattress where the head section was able to raise up/be.inclined and lowered. Othere than that the stay was great!! We absolutely loved the coziness of the silo amenities!!'
