'The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.'

'The apartment was clean and very spacious. Check in and stay went very well. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall the stay was great, but there is a few things I wish we’d known upfront. There is assigned covered parking but it is quite far from the apartment door. The futon in the living room is very small and so uncomfortable it was painful to sit on for any length of time. Also the work space consisted of an uncomfortable chair and tiny desk barely big enough for a laptop and note...

'Home was easy to locate and the driveway/carpot was nice to have. There were only two of us but the home easily accommodates six with extra corner parking and an enclosed back yard. The host communications were clear and prompt. Would stay again when passing through Arizona. '
