Perfect appartement, modern, schoon en fris, van alle gemakken voorzien. Topligging, prive parkeren

Echt een aanrader. Het appartement is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden. Uitzicht op zee en je kunt heerlijk op t balkon zitten om van de zonsondergang te genieten. Liften en eigen prive parkeergelegenheid. Eigen Tennisbanen en zwembaden. Op loopafstand van het strand, de boulevard, winkeltjes, een heerlijk bakkertje en supermarktjes. Je kunt in rust genieten of de drukte opzoeken. Ook de markt op zondag en dinsdag is op loopafstand. Met een autootje kun je vanuit t plaatsje prima het eiland verkennen. Los christianos is ook erg zonnig omdat t zuidelijk ligt. In de bergen heb je wel eens mist/miezerregen en wind en dan is t heerlijk terug te komen naar dit zonnige oord. Het eiland heeft zeer veel te bieden, naast strand en zee ook cultuur en prachtige natuur. We hebben genoten. Aardige mensen, lekker eten en drinken, heerlijk winkelen. Niet duur. Kortom een topvakantie en appartement. De eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam. Ze heeft geholpen mijn koffer terug te krijgen die iemand anders had meegenomen, gaf ons lokale tips, reed voor naar n grote winkel mall en liet ons de laatste dag later uitchecken dan was toegestaan wat heel fijn was. Ook extra strand handdoeken geregeld zodat je die niet zelf hoeft meeste slepen. Ook een 24/7 receptionist die t appartementencomplex in de gaten hield. Als we terugkomen, boeken we 100% dit appartement!

Fantastisch appartement

Het appartement was zeer schoon, modern en smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben met name genoten van het geweldige uitzicht en de perfecte locatie. Het appartement is erg centraal gelegen, binnen een paar minuten van het strand en het oude centrum. Ook supermarkt, busstation en taxistandplaats binnen handbereik Het contact met de eigenaresse Christine Malvolti was zeer aangenaam en verliep erg goed. Het appartement is echt een aanrader!

This is a super apartment, lovely view out to sea, extremely clean, beds comfortable and lovely hot water in shower. Couldn’t fault it, great location about 5 minutes walk to Los Cristianos harbour and all the shops and restaurants. It’s way up on the 10th floor which is why the view is so brilliant however if you don’t like heights you might be a bit nervous looking over the balcony! Saying that, they also have an apartment lower down! Hosts are super friendly too, as were all the various residents we bumped into during our stay that live in the apartment block. Overall a great choice if visiting Los Cristianos, would definitely stay there again.

Great location, great apartment great view.

We have been to Tenerife many times. We've stayed all over the south mostly in los Cristianos. The apartment is in a great location less that 5 mins from the main square and to the beach. We know the area well and was close enough but not too close to all local night life. The bus stop(free bus) to all the main attractions is just across the road. Perfect for families. The room is on the 10th floor so if you are afraid of heights this may not be for you. The up side of this is the view. Loved waking up to this every morning with a coffee and breakfast on the balcony.The property manager was on time at check and communication was great. Great apartment for our needs and would definitely book again.

Very well appointed, comfortable property, right in the heart of Los Cristianos. Washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave within the property. Great location for beach, bars and restaurants. Only slight concern is the height - located on the 10th floor, not suitable for children.

Great Apartment

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The apartment has a great views, is well thought out, in very good condition, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is great for access to the sea front, restaurants, supermarket and bus terminal. The pools are clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this apartment and not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic apartment and host

From the onset Christine was a brilliant host. Check in was a breeze and the apartment is just perfect. We didn’t have to contact her once because everything went great. The location couldn’t have been any better. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the great los cristianos restaurants and bars(Loro blanco cocktail bar is incredible) It’s also far enough to be quiet at night for the kids to sleep. As someone who’s from a country that has constant bad weather, the balcony was by far the best bit. Just chilling at night watching the sun go down over la gomera, then watching the stars come out was beautiful. The pool was great too but we opted for the beach most of the time. We rented a car and it was great peace of mind that the apartment complex has gated private parking. Christine will give you a remote to open the gate anytime you’re out and about. Christine also kindly let us have a late checkout on our final day so that gave us one last time at the beach before heading home. We’ve been to Tenerife 4 times and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. We’ll 100 percent be back to Christine’s apartment. All in all the perfect stay.

Lovely Apartment with Fabulous View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to shops, supermarkets, bus station restaurants and beach. Communication with Rodolf was very good. He met us, showed us around the apartment and said he was close by so we could call him if we needed anything. We did and he responded immediately. Thank You Rodolf. The balcony is in full sun from mid morning until sunset with views over Los Cristianos and the harbour. The only thing that could be improved for us is the TV channels, we only found 2 in English, Sky News and one called Ten that was sometimes in English. All in all a wonderful stay.

A Real Gem

Everything about this place is perfect. From the owner meeting us for check-in and showing us where everything was, to the cleanliness, to the location, to the views. The owner, Christine, added a couple of lovely touches, like leaving a bottle of Cava for Christmas. Would definitely return.
