It features a living room, American kitchen, bedroom with double bed, two bathrooms with shower and a wonderful terrace perfect for enjoying the sun. The complex is currently undergoing maintenance and renovation work in the common areas. Playa de las Américas, also known simply as Las Américas, is one of the population entities that make up the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife, and is one of the main tourist centers on the island. It is also one of the places where the largest entertainment offer in southern Tenerife is concentrated with bars, pubs, terraces, restaurants, and numerous nightclubs, etc. The area includes several beaches, spectacular shopping centers, promenades designed to enjoy the views and leisure areas offered by Playa de Las Américas.
