'From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Tony and Ann were amazing and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Breakfast was served at the exact time I requested, and it was absolutely delicious — lovingly prepared by the family who owns the hotel. One detail I really appreciated was that each room door had a family member’s name on it, which gave the place such a warm and personal touch. They also had convenient parking available...

'We didn't have high expectations since we only needed one night before our flight. The room was really hot, it took over 5 hours for the air conditioning to start to work. The pillow case had blood stain. The breakfast that was included'

'An extraordinary hotel in the middle of the city. The entrance, the many colours and plants make the stay special. The room was fine although there was little water pressure in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was fine but not special. The staff is friendly and helpful. A minus point though is the location, it is far from the city itself. '

'My family stayed there for 4 days, rooms have termites, there’s a charge for changing towels and cleaning the room before the third day. The whole time that we were there they never clean the room, I can't recommend it to people, but the decision is still up to them.'

'Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was niet brandschoon: mieren in slaapkamer en veel stof op het rekje in de badkamer. Bij het ontbijt is er nu ook zwarte thee, maar helemaal geen fruit of vruchtensap...'

'Mooi , maar zeer slecht gelegen hotel . Naar het centrum is eigenlijk alleen een , relatief dure, taxi een optie . Vroeg naar de luchthaven? Volgens de receptionist kon dit niet . Waren nog geen taxi’s op dat tijdstip . Een een tricycle kon . De volgende ochtend bleek zijn collega ( gelukkig) toch een taxi voor mij geboekt te hebben . Verder ; kamer is goed , badkamer mooi ( maar net als elders komt er vrijwel geen water uit de kraan en douche ) ; goedkope en lekkere cocktails en goed restaurant...

'Hotel in need of refurb, only 1 of 2 lifts working. Breakfast was a joke, arrived 1 hr before end of service, very little food left, no butter for toast. When asked staff to refill was told all gone. Very aware of noise from adjacent club until at least 2am when I finally managed to sleep, probably went on later. Aircon struggled to cool room and also noisy. I'll be looking for a alternative next time which is a shame with location being convenient.'
