'We stayed for 5 days in this luxury hotel. Beautiful pool, and that was the best of our stay. This place can be very nice but needs a lot of upgrading to be real 5*. The rooms are cheaply decorated with a luxury touch. If you pay 275 euro per room per night you would expect a luxury bathroom with a bath and rain shower. There was only a simple handshower which you can expect in a hostal. Also the toilettries, cheap ones and the carton boxes of toilettries were full of fungus inside. Although...

'Book this resort ! Yes it is expensive but the experience is first class! The staff are amazing and so very attentive, bar staff were amazing and attentive, food was top notch and our beach front villa amazing! Housekeeping came twice a day and really did a phenomenal job! Cauayan is top notch from pick up in El Nido to the return to El Nido . Spa ladies were great and our 2 hour massages so amazing! Resort offers free kayaking and mask and snorkels to use during your stay!'

'Het was een adembenemend resort, prachtig een uitzicht, mooie kamers, een kleine gym waar je prima je workouts kon doen. Er zijn 2 restaurants op het resort helaas is de keuze erg beperkt en is de dagkaart een kaart dat ze de 5 dagen dat we daar waren ook aan hielden. Dat was het enige minpunt.
