'On the hotels.com site baby crib is available but the hotel staff told us their hotel doesn't have baby crib. There was no AC. I know it's winter for us but the room was around 24-25°C and you can't turn on the AC in the room. The staff gave put family suit room 2 fans.'

'I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou High Tech Zone for 9 nights. The place is clean, quiet, and the breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. I don't speak or understand Chinese, but the staff were all very patient and we managed to communicate just fine. If you are in the area I highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars for certain!!'

'17yuan trip from the train station, close to universities and right beside a brand new mall with three floors of restaurants and some fun little shops. Far from old Zhengzhou so a 30 minute taxi ride costing about 45 yuan. Staff did not speak any English so there was some confusion even using Google translate but the room was clean and the beds were nice and soft so we were satisfied. '
