'Overall, our stay was average. The check-in process was smooth, and the Wi-Fi worked well. However, the cleanliness of the property needs significant improvement. The dishwasher and toaster were both very dirty when we arrived. We had to clean the dishwasher ourselves before using it, and although we requested a replacement toaster, it was only replaced after two follow-ups.
