Comes with Blaze King woodburner, 3 spacious bedrooms plus sleepout. Large upstairs 2nd media room provides separate relaxation areas for family members. Decked outdoor dining / entertainment area, plus fully-fenced grassed area for kids to enjoy.

This spacious property layout includes 3 good-sized bedrooms on the ground floor, each with wardrobes. The master bedroom is down one end of the house, with generous sized wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are down the other end of the house, with living room and kitchen separating them from the master bedroom. Please note that Bedroom 2 can be set up as two singles on request, (with at least 3 days notice prior to arrival). The default setting is as a king-sized bed, as displayed in the listing. Both other bedrooms share the main bathroom, and have queen-sized beds.

The open-plan lounge / dining / kitchen area has plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax, and a Blaze-king wood-burning fireplace offers cosy winter warmth and ambience. A second generous sized media room upstairs has lovely mountain views, and allows plenty of space and separation for kids and adults if needed!

A full-sized kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing a home-cooked meal, with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. A separate laundry is also onsite, with washing machine and drier, and clothes hanging facilities.

A separate one-bedroom sleepout is available off the back patio, providing flexible bedding configuration options for your group, if needed. The property can accomodate a 7th guest (but this is strictly on request only).

The internally-accessed garage is perfect for storing ski-gear, and has parking space inside for one vehicle. Extra off-street parking is also available.

The two separate outdoor areas are perfect for families with children, including a spacious fenced grassed yard in front, and delightful decked entertainment area in the backyard, with outdoor seating, BBQ, outdoor dining table and spa pool!
