'This property had no hot water in the morning. Later in the day you could get lukewarm water but never hot for a shower. Not acceptable. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Another guest told me it has been out of order for a year! The mirrored door would not close properly. They only had two suitcase carts on property and guests kept them in their rooms because they knew there wouldn’t be any available in the morning. Staff did not offer to carry bags when there were none...

Het ontbijt is geen ontbijt te noemen, en daar binnen ruikt het niet erg fris, maar: naast het hotel zit een restaurant' waar je (de hele dag) heerlijk kan ontbijten voor weinig geld! Het zat er ook stampvol en we moesten zelfs wachten op een tafeltje voor het ontbijt.'
