'Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. Where I booked through Expedia they were unable to give me a refund but offered me a choice between a free meal or a free night! I obviously chose free night as me and my little boy come stay often for medical appointments!'
