'Breakfast was fair but needs an upgrade.'

'The property is new and nice! The only problem was a super strong scent entering my connecting rooms, like burnt rubber that staff could not fix. It wouldn’t go away for the whole stay, even after maintenance came in to fix the issue (not resolved). There is another main concern for future visitors, that the only day we went to the Lucia Pool there was a huge line to enter, one line for reservations and hotel guests and one for walk ins. 'This was our first visit after 7 years away. Everything about the hotel showed great improvement and it was an absolute pleasure to spend time there. The staff in particular are very helpful and the food service was excellent. We will definitely be going back.'

'Overall, the hotel’s location was beautiful, and most things went smoothly. However, two issues seriously impacted our experience. First, we found the breakfast hours to be a bit too restrictive (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM). On one morning, I went to get a coffee at exactly 10:31 AM. Even though it was just one minute past the deadline, the staff member refused to serve me and had already turned off the machine.
