'I have no problem with this hotel, from when I first arrived until I left. The Duty Manager clearly explained what I needed to know. The cleaning staff were friendly & provided an excellent service which I really appreciated. 'I really enjoyed my stay. The Bucket Tree is very iconic, with colonial style architecture, lovely park-like surroundings and that giant bucket-shaped tree in front. I arrived in the middle of a heavy rainstorm, so really appreciated the warm and cosy room. I had a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was lovely and clean and the service was great. I stayed for two nights and my room was cleaned each day. Would definitely stay here again....

"Helaas vonden wij het hotel tegenvallen. De kamer is ruim en fijn, maar het zat hem juist in andere dingen. Zo was de jacuzzi niet netjes/ vies, konden we om 9.45 geen ontbijtbuffet meer krijgen (terwijl het tot 10.00 ontbijt was) en was ons ontvangst kil en onvriendelijk.
