'The hotel was absolutely terrible. The housekeeping staff stole our passports and my handbag. When we complained, they secretly put the bag back as if nothing had happened. Another guest at the hotel experienced the same thing with their phones. We were able to watch the CCTV footage, which clearly showed that we brought the bag into the hotel. Less than an hour later, while we were having breakfast, it had suddenly disappeared. Instead of taking responsibility, all the staff and the hotel...

'Room was nice and nicely decorated, also clean. Very helpful staff and lovely breakfast (i chose the oriental option). The room was noisy, both from the outside and from the lobby area (phone ringing at reception), but in a busy city as Cairo that is to be expected. Earplugs worked.'

'I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Cairo. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean and modern; robe and slippers, good water pressure, and tea and coffee for the mornings. I know people have mentioned it was a bit noisy but I didn’t think it was noisy, at all. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. 5 stars!'

'When checking out they accused us of replacing the hairdresser but we didn't have our own hairdresser. After a long argument and the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport they let us go. Really bad experience.'

'An absolute standout stay! The entire property is sparkling clean, modern, and relaxing. Check-in was effortless, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and amenities worked without a hitch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience—10/10 recommendation!'

'Het was een goede verblijven die mensen daar zijn wel aardig '

'It is nice and historic place but rooms not too clean beds has something bites don’t know what it is'

'Nothing'

'Very bad experience at Hotel Viaje Downtown Caïro Upon arrival, we were given an “upgrade,” but the room was completely unfinished: no air conditioning, no wardrobe, and nothing like the photos. The next day we were moved to another room, which was acceptable for the price and location. The staff were friendly though. However, our stay was completely ruined by a serious safety issue. During our stay, several personal items (make-up) went missing from our room. At first, we thought it was a...

'Super vriendelijk personeel. Stille kamer.

'Great location, friendly staff, up-to-date and well-maintained property. No complaints. My favorite was the rainfall showerhead. Haha! Would stay there again.'
