'We had the best experience with high class service all around. This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. The hospitality was great and the whole concierge team are very friendly, professional and very welcoming. 'Despite renovation taking place ( which was not mentioned by Hotels.com at the time of booking) the stay was excellent. We did not hear the noise from renovation. Reception staff were totally brilliant. The view of the Red Sea from hotel is worth paying for. '
