'The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or...

'The room was not clean; there was a thick layer of dust everywhere. Staff has no idea where you can park a car or not. Anytime we asked any question, the answer was “sorry I am not sure”. They give you small vials of shampoo and conditioner but no hand soap or body wash. A single towel per guest and can’t request more. One of the shampoo vials we got was half used and they wouldn’t give us another fresh one. Very poor experience and honestly would not recommend to anyone.'

Although it’s usually student accommodation, they absolutely make it feel like a proper hotel experience during stays. The whole place was spotless, modern, and really well maintained. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. 'I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.'

'We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue.'
