This adorable throwback flat is located IN downtown. Private parking, walk everywhere downtown. Epicenter of the south slope, walk to all the breweries within minutes. Orange Peel & Asheville Yards (former Rabbit Rabbit) venues just a 3 minute walk...we are right in the middle. If you get in early enough, you can hear warm up at Asheville Yards from the building. Second floor, 550 SQ FT apartment in historic house. 1 bedroom, living room with sectional/sofa bed, roku TV, equipped kitchen and bathroom with claw foot tub with shower. All 4 of our Airbnb's are in the same building if needed for large groups. Great downtown location and tons of charm. Things to note: If you are traveling with 4 people, there is space to accommodate but it will be tight in the living and sleeping area, hopefully you all like each other! TV has Roku with Prime and Netflix, not local channels for some sports and such, of course tons of breweries to walk to with games showing. No pets and no smoking and no parties on premises. Please be honest with the number of guests you bring. Be respectful of noise level. Park and walk everywhere downtown. Access to entire apartment with private bath and kitchen. The only shared space is the hallway to apartment door. We are typically not available to meet at check in time but sometimes pass in the hall and love to chat a moment. First mixed residential and office street in downtown, so a bit quieter and still lots of fun activity within seconds of the apartment. Main bus station is one block diagonally, within 5 minute walk on Coxe Ave. Please be courteous of other guests in the building with noise level.
