This was the perfect place for our family. We were in town for a wedding and having 3 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. The hot tub and fire pit were a relaxing way to enjoy the colder temps. The house is in a great location, close to downtown, close to the Biltmore, close to many picturesque, although sometimes challenging, hikes. House was comfortable with large open living area and kitchen. Lots of games including pool, ping pong and billiards, fully stocked card table.. there's a great fenced-in backyard to toss a frisbee and walk the dog . Kitchen could use some more utensils and other appointments. Nice to cook with a gas stove for a change.

Great family home in Asheville

We had an awesome time at this property. Location was perfect, just 10-15 minutes from everything Asheville has to offer. The home is in great condition, clean, with every amenity. Kids loved the hot tub and the downstairs makes for a great teen hangout. Dogs were safe in the fenced in back yard. We’d definitely return for our next trip to Asheville!

Nanas Branch house - Asheville, NC

My family and I had a pleasant and relaxing spring break at the Nanas Branch house. The property managers response time and follow up on items to be addressed during our stay was great, and we very impressed when a brand new coffee maker(original carafe missing) and fridge water filter was delivered and replaced within the next day of placing the request. House and hot tub were very clean and the front and back yards were well maintained. The master bath is LARGE and all bathrooms are modern in design. Be aware that the driveway has a steep decline, and it’s best to back in when parking. The mountainous location of the house provides a wooded backdrop, and you can still easily arrive to downtown Asheville within 10 minutes. The Biltmore estate and WNC Nature Center is only a 20 minute drive, and the Pisgah and DuPont parks can be reached within an hour of the house for some beautiful waterfall hiking. All in all a great trip, and the Nanas Branch house helped contribute to the memorable experience for everyone.

Nice property but wouldn’t stay again

The property is very nice and in a great location, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again. The management was a joke. On our first night, my husband and I were asleep in the master bedroom when the bed literally broke at 4 in the morning. I reached out immediately, but communication was incredibly poor. It took hours for anyone to respond, and when they did, their solution was unsatisfactory. They offered no real assistance or compensation, and the bed remained broken for most of the stay. On top of that, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing—there were areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, the hot tub was dirty, and the pool table had no working pool sticks. Despite the property’s potential, the lack of attention to detail and poor management make it impossible to recommend staying here again.

Beautiful house!

Exactly as described. We had a group of 6 and had plenty of space, beds and fun!! The rooms are spacious, kitchen very well equipped, furnishings are beautiful! We were lucky enough to see two bears and wild turkeys in the yard, thrilling for us all. Only drawback is the neighborhood, but once you turn on the road where the house is - you forget. The driveway is very very steep - but we made it work with 4 SUV’s. Customer service was impeccable. Also had some emails exchanges with the Owner and that was excellent. Would definitely rent again!!

This house was exactly as advertised! Super clean and well stocked. Our group of 7 adults had plenty of space and enjoyed everything the house had to offer, from the game room in the garage, poker table, hot tub, etc. The house is perfectly located to get into downtown Asheville in 10-15 minutes. It was easy to get Lyft pickups and drop offs to the house.

We had 6 adults and 5 kids and the space was perfect. The house was clean and close to downtown and all attractions. The kids loved playing in the huge backyard and rolling down the hills along with the hot tub. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding and the property was perfect for our needs! We had 2 teenagers, 9 adults and a lab- the layout was ideal! The house is beautiful and well equipped! We all enjoyed the garage play/game area and the hot tub! Large fenced in backyard with beautiful fall foliage, a chef's kitchen and grill, 4 bedrooms and two living areas let our group spread out and made this house the perfect choice! Ten minutes to downtown. The driveway is steep but manageable and property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect for large groups

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Plus, there are plenty of activities in the game room, hot tub, poker table, etc. It was perfect for my girls trip. I definitely recommend renting a vehicle, but we were able to get an Uber from the house (and back) in a reasonable time. The only slight recommendation I have is better towels & toilet paper, but other than that I had no complaints!

This is a clean and modern property that is extremely convenient to West Asheville, UNC-A and downtown. Quiet area, very peaceful. Fenced back yard is nirvana for our two big dogs. Will absolutely continue to book this house when we visit our UNC-A student.

Such an amazing property! Conveniently located to downtown Asheville and yet secluded enough to relax, unplug and connect as a family. House was well stocked and had everything we would need. Hot Tub was great and the game room made for some fun competition. Hosts were readily available should we need anything and very accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

Great, dog friendly property

If you are traveling to Asheville with your dogs, this is the property for you. Large fully fenced back yard, even a medium sized dog door in the basement for access to the yard. The dogs were very happy frolicking in the grass and partial woods within the fenced area. The house is beautiful, and the kitchen well equipped if you want or need to cook as we did, and hot tub and campfire setup as well as amenities for gaming fun in the basement were superb. Location is very central and convenient, though the immediate neighborhood around the house is not good for walking (narrow curvy road), and a bit dodgy in some parts. Would definitely rent here again!
