Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
The hotel is centrally located and walkable to many restaurants and local shops. The staff was very nice and courteous and the lobby and rooms were clean.
During my 3 night stay the roof in the bathroom starting leaking the last day. You could tell that the water had been building up, since parts of the ceiling had water bubbles. I called immediately at 6;30 am and the person at the desk came up and brought me a bucket, later he brought a second bucket to cover another ceiling leak.
About 3 hours later they told me I had to move rooms so they can do repairs and the power would have to be shut down. I was moved to a smaller room and I was a little disappointed that they didn't even offer to discount the difference or anything for the inconvenience of packing everything up and going to another room.
I did not have to tell them about the leak and the ceiling damage would of been worse, but I thought it was the right thing to do.
