Extremely quiet neighborhood walk that offers views of downtown Asheville, Fletcher, and Fairview. Views of Asheville airport and airliners landing and taking off! MANY types of wildlife to be seen including A LOT of turkeys, deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, groundhogs, bears, you name it!

THE DRIVE UP (Important): Driving up the neighborhood is a steep, paved, one way road where it is important to be courteous of other drivers. Be prepared to backup and/or find a spot to let them by. There are no guard rails along the road. If it is foggy or there are leaves on the road, take your time! Parking is in our gravel driveway or up above and then walk down. Four wheel drive is not required. There will be NO refunds if you show up and find the drive to be scary or dangerous because I've outlined it here! If you don't like mountainous drives, please don't book. I don't find it to be that bad nor do the families that have been up here for decades but I'm making this disclaimer due to previous guests. Reviews on here may provide further insight to the road as well. Thank you.

We live right next door as can be seen in the photos. We plan to have no interaction with you as this is your personal space and getaway. Please do not hesitate to message or call us if you need assistance or need a recommendation for a place to eat, hike, swim, etc!
