Black Mountain Charmer-3 BR, 1 Bath- Handig om Asheville en Black Mountain

Deze historische Black Mountain-schoonheid is handig om Asheville, het centrum van Black Mountain, en kilometerslange wandel- en fietspaden te verkennen en te genieten! Profiteer van onze goed gevulde keuken, ga zitten in de ruime woonkamer met een flatscreen-tv en comfortabele banken en stoelen, of ontspan in de serre. Het huis is bijgewerkt met moderne gemakken, maar heeft toch historische schoonheid, met hoge plafonds en overvloedige blootstelling aan natuurlijk zonlicht.
Er zijn drie slaapkamers, waarvan 2 naast elkaar met een deur scheiden, met een badkamer in de gang die leidt naar de 3e slaapkamer. Er zijn 2 queensize slaapkamers, met een tweeling in de derde, elk ingericht met biologisch katoenen beddengoed voor uw comfort.
De badkamer heeft hoge plafonds en een raam, waardoor er veel licht is, met een grote inloopdouche. Body wash, shampoo / conditioner zijn allemaal aanwezig.
Gasten hebben volledige toegang tot het bovengedeelte van het gebouw, evenals het ruime terrein om in te spelen of te ontspannen en te genieten! We hebben een super vrij lange termijn huurder die de onderste helft van het huis bewoont.
We wonen niet op het terrein, maar zijn beschikbaar via sms 24/7 en wonen in de buurt als onze gasten iets nodig hebben tijdens hun verblijf.

Such a lovely spot

Our family enjoyed the accommodations, very cute and nicely decorated rooms. It had everything we needed. It was close to where we needed to be daily. Great communication with Lacy, she is super friendly and kind and understanding. Would recommend and hope to stay there again! Only one difficulty was when we would try to turn left from the Tabernacle Rd on to Old US 70, very poor visibility and we got a couple close calls with people flying around the corner. We had to change our route due to safety with kids. Otherwise everything was close and some great local shops and coffee places.

We liked the spacious upstairs and porches, and the kitchen was great. The wood floor squeaked when we walked, which would be a problem more for those downstairs. There were only 3 dinning room chairs, but the booth in the kitchen was great. One of the double beds was a bit of a deep-valley bed.

Filling Station Stay

Very cute older home top floor! Large kitchen for the unit, nice retro feel. Plenty of seating in the living room. Very close to Highland Farms Retirement Center - nice quiet area to walk every morning. Easy in/out to Black Mountain or Asheville. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family. There is only one bathroom which is tight (a one butt bathroom!), but plenty of cubby holes for your toiletries, and the shower is good size. A/C worked well. Would recommend my favorite breakfast place Blue Ridge Biscuit Co! We will be back...

our stay in black mountain was perfect. we were visiting to see a show at Pisgah Brewery. we picked this location because of the locatio, it was in walking distance to the concert. location was perfect and everything about the condo was great. we will book here when we come back again.

Loved our stay. Other reviews are accurate regarding location & convenience of location. If you’re sensitive to road noise it is noticeable at night while sleeping. The queen/full mattresses are soft, the twin mattresses were a little more firm.

Relaxing Stay

Our family enjoyed a refreshing and relaxing time. We were able to sight see, fish, hike and shop. After each outing we were able to come back to the “filling station”, regroup and head out again. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is everything it is described as and more. Such a cozy and welcoming home. The tenant downstairs was very kind as well. We had two small kids which appreciated the blocks to play with while we unpacked. Good proximity to anything you'd want to do in the area for sure.

I loved this place! The 2 screened/walled in porches have screens and comfy seating where I could listen to the rain. I loved the wood floors, big shower, gas stove, and soft & comfy couch. I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice place. Comforable. It is more than a mile from the center of Black Mountain, but we had a car, so that was okay. You really cant walk to Black Mountain, as there are no sidewalks. I would definitely go back.

The online photos don’t do it justice - even more charming in person! I very much appreciated the dog bowls as I’d forgotten to bring some. I also brought furniture covers for my little dog but the full basket of provided covers was even better. The location was great, minutes to Black Mountain and Veterans Park was convenient for long doggy walks. Would book again!
