'Everything about this property was very high quality. It's in a great location, very convenient to downtown Black Mountain, shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived to find Jean's delicious homemade cookies, for us and our dog, and a welcome letter! The bungalow was well stocked with eveything we needed. There was also a wide assortment of snacks and beverages. The check-in and check-out process was easy. I would give it more than five stars if allowed....
