'The Cozy Cottage was wonderful! It was clean , comfortable, and the perfect base for our trip to Black Mountain / Montreat /Asheville. We cooked many of our own meals, and the kitchen was really well-equipped. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog. Highly recommend!'

'This home was exactly as advertised, which is not always the case, but certainly was here. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood as well. Many rentals up here do not have A/C, but due to the unusually high humidity this weekend, we were definitely glad this one did. Simply loved everything about this rental. Next time we are in the area, we will check the availability here first. Thanks for a great weekend!!!'

'This was such a nice house! My son, husband and I stayed here for 3 days. It was great! There were condiments and so much stuff for us to use, which was nice coming from out of state and not wanting to buy all the things that we would just use a little of. The place smelled so clean and fresh! They were great about communication every step of the booking and check in. We plan on coming back with my other family members next time. There was lots of extra room!'
