'Property was perfect for me and my husband's weekend getaway!'

'First, let me say that the pictures do not really show how nice this house really is! It is a beautiful home perfect for that mountain getaway! We had a great time at our teacher retreat enjoying all of this space. The view is absolutely amazing! Getting there is a bit of an adventure (very narrow and winding roads and a very sharp turn on the road that leads to the home) as you are truly in the mountains away from it all, but the town of Black Mountain is not far. There was plenty of space...

'Six of us stayed in the chalets for two nights. It was a perfect size for our group and we liked the privacy and sleeping options the two units provided. We enjoyed the walk into town - just about a mile to the nearest brewery, though we took Ubers home. Overall a great stay and perfect for our purposes.'

'The two things I wished I had known were: the wifi is unreliable. I tried to make a brief appearance on Zoom calls for work and it would not support that (it's just a T Mobile cell hotspot, and mostly had only 2 bars when we were there. on Speed Tests it clocked anywhere between <1MBps and 10Mbps - as luck would have it, <1 when I was trying to get through to work). I have Verizon on my phone and had only 1 bar at the house. I had told people I was available and so had to drive and sit in the...

'We had a great time here. Everything was clean and as described. Great place if you want a mix of social time with your group or more private time with a smaller subgroup, as there are two living rooms. Plenty of parking too. Would definitely come back!'

'We had a short visit, only two nights but it was a beautiful home with awesome woodwork throughout thd house. I own Shaw Tree and am a tree climber,so the house was perfect for us. The pictures on the site dont do it justice. We will be reserving the house again next year for a longer stay.'
