'This lodge is so comfortable, clean and renovated. The owners have provided everything that other hotels do not such as wine glasses and corkscrew, full length mirror and magnified mirror, overhead shower that’s also a jet spray, small refrigerator, and access to kitchen with homemade cookies, tea, coffee and candy. The grounds are charming with lots of spices for just relaxing. Our bed was very comfortable and room renovated and very clean. '

'Room was small but cozy, however, there's a huge front porch/deck across the length of the hotel with rocking chairs plus "picnic" tables. The property has hotel rooms and cabin rentals. The hotel rooms have been very nicely updated and decorated by the new owners and cabins will be updated soon. There's a beautifully landscaped waterfall and bushes planted around the fenced in pool that give a sense of privacy. My sister and I had a quiet, relaxing stay. Highly recommend!'

Our room was spacious and clean with nice touches like a rose shaped wash cloth and flower shaped Kleenex in the box. Bed was comfortable and loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom. 'Absolutely loved staying here. The Inn is like a museum with so many historical photos, artifacts, and interesting things to learn. The staff was wonderful, and I just felt incredibly welcomed. Things are still quiet around the area, but I am so grateful I visited!'

Their restaurant was closed as they are getting ready to renovate the entire property. Nice little bar with anything you want really. The front and back porches are so nice to sit and enjoy a cool evening. We will for sure be back after the renovations! '
