'Felt like home away from home. Charming and newly updated. Clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Close to markets and restaurants. Neighborhood was very walkable and neighbors were really nice. Every morning we sat on the front porch drinking our coffee and waving to all the neighbors. Southern hospitality at its best. We will definitely return.'

'Beautiful home, had everything listed except washer/dryer (unless we just didnt find it). The garden is AMAZING. Very peaceful and close to everything.'

'Beautiful views and relaxing home for our family getaway!'

'The point of me booking this property was to have a place to hang out and play pool, I.e. an activity. The pool table was completely unusable due to completely broken pool sticks. In general a very nice house with no one watching over it. Lots of "little" things wrong. This house will get destroyed if it's not better taken care of. Mow the lawn, trim the hedges, tighten up door hinges, etc.etc.'

'Need to dust all vents. Still seeing bugs, and possibly a critter in the walls. He/she wanted to say hello all night! Otherwise a great property! In a nice neighborhood….close to everything!'

'Private home, great for a large group. Dogs were permitted, which was a big plus for our family. Plenty of kitchenware to prepare meals. Outdoor BBQ had propane included. Hot tub was clean and ready to use.'

'Just as advertised. Cool little camp ground. Easy to find everything we needed. Will stay again'

'Great weekend get away with the family. We will definitely be back!'

'The property was exactly as advertised & we couldn't be any happier with our stay! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful & well appointed property. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable & located 10 minutes from Biltmore Estate. We highly recommend the property & owner.'

'Communication was quick and easy. The hosts provided some local beer for a fee with the stay which was a nice touch for the beer themed container home. I would stay here again next time I’m in the area.'

'Well situated and quiet, the “Rad Pad” was a nice respite at the end of each day from exploring Asheville. We would certainly come back!'

'House has a lovely, well equipped kitchen. Lots of amenities, quiet neighborhood and friendly people. The property manager was outstanding with many suggestions of where to go and what to do.'

'The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to a wonderful walking trail. The host left a list of things to do and places to visit, that was so helpful.'

'A very comfortable farmhouse with everything one might need - from kitchen utensils, 1st aid kit, plenty of towels/washclothes, to comfortable chairs and nice king-size bed. The Owner, JR was quick and easy to communicate and most gracious and understanding. And the farmhouse location was superb - 10 minutes to the Pisgah National Forest for wonderful hiking, 10 minutes to Brevard and its world-class Music Festival, 45 minutes to Ashville with its many excellent restaurants, 30 minutes to...

'Great place and beautiful location! Will definitely stay again.'

'Amazing host and house.'

'Absolutely charming and very well equipped small home. A lot of small amenities to make it welcoming. Didn't realize it had steps, that was our fault for not checking. We found the registration process to be confusing trying to do it through Expedia as it was a vbro. The owner went out of her way to be helpful.'

'Saw a white squirrel, rabbit, and box turtle outside our windows each morning! Clean, quiet!'
