'We were very happy with our stay! The beds were super comfy! The amenities were fabulous. We found the walking trail by the middle school and walked to McDonalds for breakfast one morning. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again if we are ever in Brevard. '

'This property is absolutely excellent. Located in a gated area (security) this rental is the bottom half of a large well maintained home, and if you're concerned about privacy because of that, you needn't be. We didn't hear a sound from our hosts Ursula and Frank, until we invited them down to make our acquaintance. We had a great time talking with them too ---so very friendly and down to earth. 'Debi has created a slice of botanical paradise at her property. The location is lush with plants, flowers and singing birds (and chickens) to seranade you. The apartment is comfortably and beautifully appointed with a comfortable king bed, fully appointed kitchen (minus oven), dining area and a very nice bathroom. You can sit on the deck and chill on the chaise lounge or enjoy the two person swing as you peruse the landscape. We plan on a return stay in the fall. Highly recommend!'

'Very thoughtfully stocked , even half and half for morning coffee. Beds are firm and space is small as shown but very pleasant exterior table for snacks under porch. Neighborhood lovely, walk to town or a pool. '

'Exactly as itappeared in the pictures. Clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. I discovered the hair dryer was missing and upon contacting the owner a new one was brought to the apartment within hours. The location was perfect, walkable to town and a short drive to grocery store and hiking. My husband and I were there for three weeks and a little more space would have been nice but the location made it worth the cozy feel. Definitely would have...
