Bereikbaarheid is uitstekend: per auto vlot bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg en met parkeergarage onder het hotel (wel tegen betaling); vlakbij het Centraal station en aan de trambaan; direct naast het Kasteel van Toyama gelegen. 'Property was amazing. Staff was kind enough to accommodate my request for a private onsen room. Which I should have booked initially but didn't realize was an option. Shuttle bus stop at the front door will take you to various ski resorts in the area. Staff is excellent, helpful, kind. Restaurant is great! Had use of a ski locker as well. Full locker, not just a place to hang skus and poles. '

The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! '
