'I really enjoyed my time at Dark Horse. The owner and staff are warm and welcoming, and helped out in many ways, both big and small. Breakfasts and dinners were good and the lounge/dining room was a comfortable place to relax after riding. It was great value for the money. I would recommend it, and would stay there again without hesitation.'

'Lovely staff who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable beds in basic but clean rooms. Great common area with nice amenities. We felt very at home. While the location is great for skiing - lift is right across the street, it was very hard to get into town, to grocery, etc. '

'Our stay at Hakuba House was incredibly homely. Grant and his team are exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay in Hakuba the best it could be. It was great to be able to come home after a day on the slopes and relax by the fire with a drink from the bar. Hakuba house is conveniently located near to shuttles and restaurants, and the staff were happy to drop us to dinner and make reservations for restaurants and Onsens. '

'I absolutely loved Q Lodge. Myself and my boyfriend stayed there for 17 nights and I would highly recommend this to anyone heading to the Hakuba snow resorts. We found the customer service to far exceed our expectations. The lodge itself seems to be set up for shorter stay, which is an explanation for my only issue which was the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean on arrival however our room was not cleaned during the stay. We were pleased and surprised to be provided with cooked...
