'Shane and team made it a very pleasant experience, great accomodation'

'Convenient location, close to Tsugaike and Iwatake where the property owner will drop you daily in the morning and pick up in the afternoon on request. The shuttle bus stop to the other resorts is a short walk from the accommodation. Alan is a good host and is very friendly and obliging. He picked us up on short request when we picked up our ski gear on the first day and dropped us off where we wanted to drop our ski gear on the last day. 'Got to the place pretty late and was expecting to just ramen in myself but I was welcomed by Mike at the parking lot to pick my luggage to my room! Thankful to have Leo and Mike to cook BBQ for me! 'The staff are friendly and ready to assist. The house is equipped with digital security system, has floor heating, and most importantly, it's clean with well-maintained appliances. I would highly recommend this place to friends and relatives visiting Nagano.'

'I really enjoyed my time at Dark Horse. The owner and staff are warm and welcoming, and helped out in many ways, both big and small. Breakfasts and dinners were good and the lounge/dining room was a comfortable place to relax after riding. It was great value for the money. I would recommend it, and would stay there again without hesitation.'

'特式的glamping體驗，不用去荷蘭，也能體驗芬蘭浴。房間極寬敞，又有吊床。床有電毯，很暖和。洗手間和澡堂在另一橦小屋，走1分鐘便到。冬天晚上，外出上洗手間便是考驗意志的時候，但值得的。'

'Lovely staff who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable beds in basic but clean rooms. Great common area with nice amenities. We felt very at home. While the location is great for skiing - lift is right across the street, it was very hard to get into town, to grocery, etc. '

'ほとんどのお客さんは外国人です。オーナーの人柄でしょうか、皆さんフレンドリーで、私たちも連日、カナディアンやオージーと日本酒を酌み交わし、とても楽しい旅になりました。基本、自炊ですが、基本的な調味料、調理道具は揃っており、数部屋あるリビングでたべます。その際、他のお客さんとコミュニケーションをとるのですが、私は基本英語が喋れませんが、何の問題もありませんでした。機会が有ればまた再訪したくなる宿です。超オススメ！'

'ホテルは土足厳禁ですが、非常にきれいでお風呂も大きくて非常に快適。八方尾根はスキーヤーの聖地なんでボーダーが行くのはおすすめしませんが、このホテルは本当におすすめ。駐車場もずっと水が出てて凍結などの心配もなし。部屋もきれいで広い。すばらしかった。'

'Koki and Naomi were wonderful hosts! Koki is an AMAZING chef, look forward to breakfasts and dinners everyday! Lodge is near goryu mountain, ski-in. Private onsen is amazing after a long day at the slopes!'

'Our stay at Hakuba House was incredibly homely. Grant and his team are exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay in Hakuba the best it could be. It was great to be able to come home after a day on the slopes and relax by the fire with a drink from the bar. Hakuba house is conveniently located near to shuttles and restaurants, and the staff were happy to drop us to dinner and make reservations for restaurants and Onsens. '
