It is ideal for day trips, for example to Takayama, Kanazawa or the Northern Japanese Alps. The owners live right next door and are extremely hospitable and helpful. The holiday home is lovingly decorated and cozy. Only the shower cubicle built into the kitchen takes a bit of getting used to.'

'I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response....
