Stappen voor theater, charmant, super schoon, geweldig meubilair!

Dit huis uit 1907 is liefdevol gerenoveerd met een prachtige kersenhouten keuken, aangepaste granieten toonbanken, alle nieuwe keukenapparatuur en voorzieningen. De originele sparrenvloeren zijn gerestaureerd om charme en karakter aan dit lieve huis toe te voegen.
De bedden zijn mooi en voorzien van luxe witte lakens met een hoge draaddichtheid en zachte dekbedden. De kussens en matrassen zijn geweldig en zorgen voor een perfecte nachtrust.
Elk detail is doordacht door het hele huis. 'S Ochtends kunt u uw kopje koffie of thee zetten en ontspannen aan de eettafel of op het uitgestrekte terras met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Of loop een half blok naar een van de leuke lokale coffeeshops. Maak een wandeling om te lunchen in de stad - je bent een 1-5 minuten lopen van overal in het centrum van Ashland. 'S Avonds zijn twee van de beste restaurants van Ashland letterlijk op een steenworp afstand en zijn er veel informele eetgelegenheden.
De groene show en OSF-kassa zijn twee korte, vlakke blokken verderop.
Parkeer de auto's op uw privéparkeerplaatsen (2) en vergeet het, want u kunt overal naartoe lopen vanuit dit perfect gelegen en prachtig ingerichte charmante huis.

My family really enjoyed your home! They found the accommodations to be roomy, comfortable, and extremely clean. My sister in law is a restoration architect and was impressed by The historic nature of the property. The location took advantage of the downtown shops!

Beautiful house! Very charming but with all the modern conveniences we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, it was a long drive to Asland from where we live, but once we were there we didn’t have to get in the car once to get anywhere. Totally walkable to all the restaurants, shopping, OSF, and Lithia Park. Just a wonderful trip!

This home is the perfect jumping off point for the theater. The spaces and appliances are small, but it is well equipped with everything you could need and the owner/manager responds promptly to questions. Designated parking space, A/C blasting on a hot day, comfy beds. The most reasonable 3 bedroom rental I have found in Ashland!

Great place for Girls Weekend near OSF

Great little cottage that is within an easy walking distance to the theaters and hiking. Though small, we all had our own comfortable beds. The bathroom with a shower is a bit tight on space but it was clean. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice picnic bench to sit on outside. I would come back again.

Ideal Ashland location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint home. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to numerous restaurants, and to the theaters for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival! Alla was easily accessible via messaging, and when a couple of repair issues arose, she responded quickly and made sure the issues were addressed completely in a timely manner. Thank you, Alla and Patrick, for making this lovely house available to Ashland visitors! It helped facilitate a very special family time <3

We were provided with no way to contact the host prior to arrival. Therefore a bit of anxiety about whether there was AC and whether we would receive the door entry code in time. Not everybody (believe it or not) travels with a phone for texts.

The kitchen was well stocked. Our stay was during winter and the house is hard to keep warm. The steep stairs are not advisable for young children. The upstairs is quite charming. The downstairs bedroom is small with no closet and the livingroom could use a rug to warm it up and a TV! The deck would be a big asset during warmer weather.

Wonderful home and great location

We loved our stay at this home! Alla, the owner, was very responsive and attentive. She clearly cares about her guests and wants them to have a wonderful time at her property. As other reviewers have noted, the location is fantastic and so easy to walk to everything. The house is well stocked and the air conditioning kept the house cool. Beds and pillows comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Clean and inviting home!

Great stay!

Alla's cottage is just as charming in real-life as it is in the photographs and very well appointed. We were a group of 6 and the house never felt crowded thanks to the way everything is laid out. Incredible location- close to the theatres, Lithia Park, the downtown and yet very quiet with a view out over the mountains. We loved the deck with the gas grill for bbq'g, having dinner under the big umbrella and just hanging out. Alla is a super responsive and kind host!

Lives up to the photos

The house is charming, light-filled, well prepared for a vacation stay. The hosts have provided many small amenities that are especially welcoming when you've driven all day to get there. The location is absolutely prime - near the Shakespeare theater and just up from the main shopping and restaurants. Our questions were answered promptly. The kitchen is well stocked, the back patio area is large, and the neighborhood quiet, it was perfect for the three of us. During our six-day visit, Ashland was having a hot streak, over 100 degrees some days, so we spent more time than usual in the house. We were grateful to each have our own room, a big table for playing games, and a full-sized refrigerator. This is a place I would return to.

Perfect location, lovely stay

This quaint charmer was perfect for we four OSF attendees. Clean, cozy, and comfortable, with an unusually well-appointed kitchen and plenty of space to relax - living room, dining table, or outdoor deck. A ten-minute walk to theatre, market, shops, and restaurants. Owners were communicative throughout our visit to ensure we were comfortable, and we had no concerns. Some reviews remark that the bathrooms are small - we four women got all our showering, makeup and hairdrying done with no worries! :) We hope to visit the OSF again and would love to stay here next time.
