'This beautiful home was perfect for our 3-day stay with six adults. The restored wood floors are stunning and run throughout the home. It was extremely clean and welcoming, and the gas station next door made fueling up our rental car super easy! There is a bus stop right in front, but we chose to drive rather than take the bus. 'Very nice. Comfortable. Clean.Good location. Good location to the city of Boston. T is just around the corner. Which made it easy for access to Boston. One exception a little noisy on the street. But it's a through street. Plus it can be noisy with upstairs neighbors. Few exceptions. Would be throw blankets. Possibly some towel hooks. Because we stayed there longer than a night. Some luggage racks. For our bags. Had to use chairs or put them on the floor. Supplies were thin. Like toilet paper...

'This is an upstairs apartment and the kids rooms are on the third floor so the downstairs tennants cannot hear them from the bedroom. This is definitiely spacious, and it was clean. We traveled with 10 total family members and everyone was able to have a bed of their own (2 night stay). All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had an awesome refrigerator. 'The house is actually made up of three apartments on three floors. This was a good thing and allowed for our female colleagues to have their own floor. We were looking for someplace for our team of 8 to stay for the Boston Seafood Show and this was really quite good. Just about 15-18 minutes from the convention center, its a reasonable Lyft/Uber ride or drive. Will stay here again'

'Eder was a great host! My cousins and I had a great time at his home. It was a very nice place and everything was exactly like the pictures! The rooms were very clean and had plenty of space. He provided us with all the amenities listed and more. He was also responsive to any questions that arose prior to and during our stay. We felt that we had everything we needed for our trip!'
