Staff excellent, room nice and big and clean, very comfy beds.
Breakfast fab, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room so relaxing.
Lovely location, and views.

Negatief : sommige kamers ( die boven de amusement ruimte zoals kamer nr 40) erg gehorig . Vrijdag en zaterdag avond tot 11 uur luide stem erg goed te horen vd kinderentertainer en muziek. Kamer 4 was stil. Waterkoker op kamer , geen sjampoo. Beetje vergane glorie hotel zoals heel blackpool is . Pizza express in blackpool heerlijke flinter dunne pizza's !...
'My wife and I (65/66) had a great weekend. Found the hotel comfortable and friendly. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Food was excellent as were the evening singers. Beach with pier was opposite and town centre with shops,pubs,bars and restaurants were a four minute walk away. '
'Superb accommodation. Spacious. Comfortable lounge and open plan kitchen. 3 good sized bedrooms all.ensuite Lots of space for 6 people.. Easy to reach the prom and town centre. Plenty of free street parking

'We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future.'
'We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

'Was a little apprehensive after reafing some reviews. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely guy, very pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm, bedding and towels were spotless. Not the Hylton but what can you expect for such a cheap stay.? Would definitely stay again.'
'Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom...
