'Amazing stay at The Priory. Sarah was such a lovely, friendly host, full of stories about the building and couldn’t do enough to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I stayed in room 5, which was a delight - the bathroom was gorgeous, with a roll top bath and waterfall shower. The bedroom decor was tasteful and it felt cosy. The breakfast was hearty and very tasty. I couldn’t have asked for more from my stay. I will definitely be returning if I’m in the area again. '

'We travel a lot as a couple, and I also travel extensively with work. I have never felt so at home, so quickly, as at High Blean B&B. The location is certainly remote, but that is what we wanted. It’s a lovely traditional Dales type cottage with stunning views of Semer Water. The room, whilst being the smaller of the two, was plenty big enough, with lots of space. 'Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. The food throughout our stay was excellent with a menu to suit everyone and the Xmas lunch was fantastic. This is definitely a place to revisit.'

'Tucked away cottage is klein maar fijn. Voor gezin met 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners precies goed. Met name de locatie en sfeer zijn uitstekend. Heerlijke plek voor een wandelvakantie. In de avond zit je weer lekker bij de houtkachel! Maar ook voor uitjes naar de rest van de Dales of een dagje York prima plek. Miste alleen een gordijn voor het raam van de keukendeur waardoor je niet altijd privé zat te eten, maar verder helemaal prima.'
