'Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. They were attentive to guests’ needs. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Kudos to them. Next time I will stay at rehoboth beach area...

'This hotel was fabulous!! The room was super clean and the hotel itself was spotless! The staff was always courteous and polite. I want to give a special shout out to Olivia for going above and beyond! Every time I called the front desk with questions, she was always very helpful with a pleasant voice! On a scale from 1-10, our visit to Hyatt was an 11!! Keep up the good work!!'

'The inside pool area was nice but could use some updating as far as paint and the glass over the pool. There was some rust and green mold in some areas. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay.'

'The house was in a quaint neighborhood and super quiet. Getting access to the house was super easy! The house itself was very charming.'

'The food was shockingly incredible, and happy hour drinks and food were excellent. Easy access to everything using the 4 elevators that were very fast. Hotel staff treats you like Royalty. Walk down stairs to Beach, or better yet, drive your vehicle from its parking spot to lowest level of parking garage, in rear of hotel which opens to the beach access. Love This Hotel!!!'
