'Hotel is fine but most friendly staff was most friendly of our entire 2 week travel in US.'

' Breakfast was delivered fresh and warm every day at our designated time. The pool was warm and spacious while being surrounded by tropical plants. Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the grounds and nature. Great spot for morning coffee or breakfast. Having ponies on the grounds to feed and pet made it the total package. Our granddaughter said all of her “dreams were coming true” while we stayed.'

'The Internet was not fast at all. My son could not play his VR, which was definitely a damper on the vacation. It did, however let me know that he can go a couple of days without it. The room was relatively clean, except for a couple spots on the wall that I was concerned about. One out of two of the TVs in the two bedroom work. It’s almost like the TVs take turns. I did love that the beach was so close. It felt like we walked out of our room, went down the elevator and was right on the beach....

'Air conditioner didn’t work, poor water pressure in the shower, and only decaffeinated coffee available in the room. '

'Great room. Very clean when arrived. Front desk staff very attentive and responsive. Housekeeping did not do much and failed to show up. HVAC condenser very loud - maintenance tried to fix but couldn't do much. Restaurant was good but understaffed. Love the cookies!!!'

'The room was great, construction happening in the building was a bit of an inconvenience. Extra funds being withdrawn from my account was a inconvenience after i prepaid with Expedia. Breakfast options that I had to pay for were minimal. '
