'Our family vacation was the week of the annual pony swim. Despite the fact that the hotel was extremely busy, the 100th anniversary swim, the staff was more than accommodating. They were extremely helpful and kind and polite. They went above and beyond. We even got a phone call about a half hour after check-in to make sure we settled in ok and if we needed anything! 'Chincoteague bezoek je voor het natuurreservaat en de kust. Dichterbij dan in deze Best Western Plus kan je niet logeren. Fietsverhuur is aan de overkant. 's Morgens word je gewekt door de vogels. 'We go to this hotel every year! It is VERY cost affordable compared to other hotels for the same quality. Room was clean, with bayside waterfront views. I love that they have a waterfront pool & hot tub and private dock to use! Staff is very friendly and seem genuinely passionate about their jobs. There is also a nice hot continental breakfast as well. We will be coming here next year again too! '

'De kamers waren in orde. Koelkastje en eigenlijk alles wat hè nodig hebt. Het pand zelf ziet er beetje verwaarloosd uit. De reling van het balkon is hier en daar kapot, niet geheel veilig. Het ontbijt is naar onze Europese begrippen erg matig. De ijsblokjes machine deed het wel maar zag er vies uit. '
