' The room was spotless upon our arrival. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room we had is more properly called a suite since the living room is separated by the double queen bed bedroom by a kitchenette and the bath.'

'Hotel is nice enough; just a wee bit of peeling paint near the air vent & had to shove napkins under rails outside to kill the squeaks. Also needed a replacement room safe, but they were on it.
Brekkie was a hot mess. First day great, not busy. Part of seating area closed off, no big deal. Lotta people next two days: empty food trays, outta tables, outta plates. They tried, but not quite at par for $200 per night off season.
Maybe a fluke, but I’ll stay at my event hotel next time. '

'We never had to turn on the heat as the room was warm. But we kept the balcony door open, which was lovely so we could hear the wind and waves. It would’ve been helpful if they had a sign about where the ice machine was. We went searching and ended up getting locked out and outside on a cold and rainy day. Had to walk around the property and back in the front entrance and ask the staff where the ice machine was. FYI it’s on the third and eighth floor.
