'The Princess Royale was a very nice hotel that had a great resort feel. They offer an oceanfront café and bar with good live music daily. There is a coffee shop serving Starbucks coffee, and a full-service breakfast restaurant, along with a large indoor pool and fitness area. 'The stay was disappointing. There weren't even enough towels in the bathroom, and when I asked for more, they only provided two. The entire weekend was a disaster, and the service was terrible. The elevator wait was so long that it limited many activities during the day. The air conditioning only worked properly in the lobby and the first floor; the rest of the hotel was hot. "Resort" is a very broad term for the poor service they provide.'

'I booked a room for my daughter for a week, as our hotel (Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel one block down) didn't accept cats (dogs only). She has two friendly, oversized cats. My daughter had stayed there before. She really likes the hotel. The manager at the front desk was very nice. I checked out her spacious room, which was great! She had two beds in the room. 'Room was spacey with a nice balcony. The kitchenette was perfect for what we needed. Bathroom a bit small and basic nothing fancy here. Beds were clean and towels. Sis have to let the maintenance know the air was not conditioning well. They were responsive.'
