'Everything clean'

'We had a great stay. We basically only used the room to sleep and shower and it was perfect for just that. We did use the fridge and microwave and loved it was an efficiency room for that matter. But bring your own coffee to brew if you want good coffee lol the one they have was like water no matter how little water you use but that’s small potatoes. Overall we would stay again we actually booked for next year at a much lower rate for people to are past guest'

Hulp en service waren er 24 uur per dag. Het hotel straalt vriendelijkheid uit en door de planten geeft het een hele mooie sfeer. 'When I go to OC I stay either at this property or sea bay. Check in is done in the same place and staff are always very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This property is also great because is a short walk to the beach, bad monkeys which I love to eat at amd other places.'

'Well the only and main thing about the property is that it was on the boardwalk.. convenient,bathroom was so small and shower head was leaking and making it flood inside bathroom/in general everything was is very old falling apart..even doorknobs where falling apart. Keys they gave me were not working it was hassle. One of the housekeeping crew left my door wide open after cleaning/it happens I guess but she was very apologetic so I’m ok with that now. 'My family and I really enjoyed Park Place Hotel.The location is perfect right on the boardwalk close to everything, within walking distance. The entire facility was clean. The lobby decor was so bright and cute. The staff were all kind and catering. The room we got assigned was spacious, clean and quiet. It was definitely worth the money.'

'The room is very small, but clean with good lighting. They have a window a/c unit which keeps you cool. They have a mini fridge but no other kitchen appliances. It’s a good spot if you’re just looking to lay your head down'

'Had a problem with our room being cleaned. First 2 days great, 3rd day no one cleaned our room and I had to call down to the desk for clean towels. Fourth day I had to remind the maids to clean our room, after that all was great. Rooms are a b,it dated. Bathroom needs new caulking. That being said location is great and staff helpful. Beds are great and comfy. Even though we had those minor problems, I would stay there again.'

'The hotel and staff are awesome. I would recommend it to everyone going to Ocean City, MD.On the last day, we were woken up at 4 a.m. by the evacuation alarm. We walked down from the 8th floor only to be told it was a false alarm. Afterwards, the alarm kept going off until about 6:30 a.m. The other issue is that they didn't consider building a separate elevator for the rooftop restaurant on the eighth floor when constructing the hotel.
