'The room was amazing, staff even more amazing! No complaints about the hotel whatsoever. Expedia on the other hand, failed. The payment transfer from Expedia to the hotel was such a headache and Expedia wasn’t being helpful when we had a hard time checking in. Front desk did amazing though '
