'Staff at the restaurant was excellent! Food was very good and breakfast included. Front desk staff needs more customer service skills. Our TV did not work and we ask for someone to do our laundry. On both occasions we were told someone would come to our room, but not one ever did. View is incredible!'

'Spectacular view of city a Nile! Sits above the city. The view is picturesque. Clean accommodations and staff.'

'Muy céntrico cerca de la corniche'

'Beautiful location with easy access to the ferry terminal. We were met by Gamal and brought across to the island on his boat. From the moment we met him Gamal went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. The next day we hired Gamals Felucca and spent a wonderful day and night sailing the Nile. Breakfast was delicious and there are great...

'river view from room was nice. staff members were polite and helpful. you can even eat your breakfast on the rooftop. hotel is very close to railway station and the souq.'

'Most staff are nice, but the boss was not as kind and humble, big contrast to others. '
