'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air. 'For our needs, STAY was great. It was affordable and walkable to The Salt Shed, our reason for visiting. Business-friendly seems like a stretch unless you’re working in a private room on your bed. Keep in mind that since the kitchen has quiet hours until 8a, you won’t be able to prepare food there beforehand if that’s when your work hours begin. Personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable working more than sending a few emails as there’s no real dedicated space.'
