The room was clean and in great condition. There didn't seem to be any heat in the hallway. My bathroom wasn't in my room so I had to walk to in the hallway to access the bathroom.
I was very disappointed when the code to the hallway wasn't working when I arrived at my room and it was a challenge being able to contact someone. I followed the online check in procedure the previous day so that it would be ready. I had to take my luggage with me to the event that I was attending because I couldn't get access to the hallway leading to my room or get ready since I couldn't get in my room. I was contacted after I left to head to my event and was told it would be corrected in a few hours. I would expect it to be ready when I arrived so that was unfortunate.
