Executive 2 bdr Suite in Plaka - uitzicht op de Akropolis

Het is volledig ingericht, modern ingericht en volledig uitgerust. Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is spectaculair gedurende de dag en vooral 's nachts wanneer je de hoofdrol speelt in het verlichte Parthenon.

Er zijn 2 slaapkamers met queensize tweepersoonsbedden en 2 badkamers. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met oven, koelkast met vriesvak, vaatwasser. Bestek, borden en pannen, waterkoker, espressomachine, broodrooster en een filterkoffiemachine. U zult tijdens uw verblijf van uw gratis koffie genieten.
Natuurlijk zijn de bedden al opgemaakt, met nieuwe gestreken lakens van het merk Coco-Mat van topkwaliteit. Verder zijn er schone handdoeken voor ieder van jullie.

Syntagma is het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation en het busstation ligt op 100 meter afstand.

The location of the apartment was perfect, and the view of the acropolis was amazing. Our host George met us and showed us around the property and helped us with our transportation. We found that the kitchen was missing a few essentials like matching wine glasses, there were 3 mismatched ones in the cupboard. We tried to use the range and could not find any directions on how to use it, had to find a youtube video to figure it out. A dish towel would have been helpful as well as a few more bath towels and wash cloths. The lock to the front door was difficult and the lock to the sliding door on the balcony was broken. The blinds in one of the bedrooms were not operational, just a few things that need to be attended to to make this a 5 star property.

Location and view were great. However, I think some simple improvements could be made to greatly enhance the guest experience. Both towels for our bedroom had holes in them. The balcony locking mechanism is broken - have to put the shade down to secure the property. Only one blow dryer in one of the bathrooms - not convenient for four guests. One wine glass for the entire property and only four coffee cups

Upscale and perfect location!

George arranged our airport transportation, greeted us upon arrival, helped carry our luggage, and was an amazing and friendly host. The location can't be beat, and the view of the Acropolis is fantastic. Very modern and clean, comfortable beds, good air conditioning. We had plenty of room for 5 of us. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

It has everything you need!

Fantastic place to stay for our family of 5 in Athens. The location was fantastic and made so many of the sites in Athens walkable. And then, at the end of a great day exploring Athens, we got the privilege to sit out on the patio and enjoy the view of the Acropolis at night. It was pretty special to be able to do that. On top of all that, the accommodations were great! Everything was clean and neat and well-maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Remember to deadbolt the front door

Be cautious if you stay at this property. On our last day we locked the door but forgot to deadbolt it. Our bad. When we returned, we had been robbed. It was unnerving as the building is locked and the apartment is on the 5th floor. We have travelled all over the world and have never been robbed. Terrible feeling. We learned a hard lesson.

This apartment was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and was in the middle of everything, and the view was awesome! We were able to walk to all different neighborhoods, the acropolis, and so many restaurants and bars! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous balcony view of Acropolis

Great location in central old-town Athens with an excellent balcony view of the Acropolis and sunsets. Very modern apartment, quiet, with lots of room and window light which made the space enjoyable. Beds were really nice. Kitchen amenities were okay, but bathrooms could have been a little cleaner around the showers. Restaurants, farmer’s market, and wine shops all nearby. The property manager was great, very responsive in all communications, and helpful in getting us oriented upon arrival.

Great apartment in Plaka

Meno is a great management company to work with and they run this property. They were so helpful arranging transfers as we arranged this trip. They identified a tour director to help plan a tour as well. They met us at the apartment at check in to make sure we knew how to get in and use the apartment. The apartment is very modern with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, a full kitchen and a den with a pull out sofa. The view is amazing of the Acropolis. There is a covered deck that we used frequently to enjoy this one of a kind view. The apartment is in a mid rise building, but can be accessed via steps or an elevator. The apartment is located in Plaka - a great and safe neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants. Loved staying here and highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay in Athens

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The location could not have been better, it was within walking distance to everything. It was on a nice quiet street with an incredible view of the Acropolis. The balcony was awesome to soak up the view and the sunshine. Communication before the stay was easy and the check in/out process was smooth.

Location, location, location (and views!)

The apartment is perfectly located on a quiet pedestrian street that is close to restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. George’s assistant met us upon arrival (helped get our bags up in the lift) and explained WiFi password, key, etc. George’s team basically served to replace the concierge at a hotel - they arranged our early morning transfer to the airport and also arranged for a wonderful driver for a day trip to the Monasteries of Meteora. The view of the Acropolis and Parthenon from the balcony of the apartment is incredible, especially at night. It was a perfect home base to walk to great restaurants in the Plaka, and to the nearby Acropolis. We also walked to Monastiraki Market and the subway station (passing Hadrian’s Library en route), and to Syntagma Square and the Parliament Building (strolled through the National Gardens), where we saw the Changing of the Guard. Two couples were comfortable at the apartment, although we spent very little time there! If we had to provide a constructive feedback - we could have used a dish towel and more bath towels during our stay, but these likely would have been provided if we had asked. Another key to the apartment would also have been handy (electronic key access would be even better) for two couples -but we were so busy it didn't occur to us to request it. Well stocked closet - we used the iron and also an umbrella - didn't need the washer/dryer during our stay. Again- perfect location and AMAZING views. Thank you George!

A Luxurious Athenian Oasis: Unbeatable Acropolis Views and Five-Star Hospitality in Plaka

Our stay in this 2-bedroom suite in Plaka was nothing short of magical. Where do I even begin? Let's start with that jaw-dropping view of the Acropolis—a splendid sight that could easily be the best in Athens. The apartment itself is a masterpiece, fully redesigned with modern decor and top-of-the-line furnishings. Safety was never a concern; both the building and apartment boast excellent security measures. And then there's George, the host with the most. Not only did he manage all our transfers in Athens, but he was a fountain of local knowledge, ready to assist immediately. The apartment offers more than just a comfortable stay. It feels like a home away from home with its fully equipped kitchen. We savored our morning coffee while taking in the awe-inspiring views of the flag raising at the Parthenon. Space is ample, with two queen-sized beds and two pristine bathrooms, all supplied with high-quality linens and towels. And, of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, keeping us connected during our stay. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Situated in the vibrant heart of Athens, you're within walking distance of every must-visit spot: Syntagma, Monastiraki, Kolonaki, and more. Want to sample traditional Greek fare? A myriad of taverns are just steps away. Fancy a glass of wine? Drunky Goat, a fabulous wine bar, is a mere five-minute walk.

The apartment was dirty. Meno Properties is useless

The apartment was not representative as online. Most important is was not clean. The previous guests left eye glasses in the shower and the cleaning lady did not see rhem. The bathroom glass doors were full of water marks. The sliding door to the small deck was dirty. Finger prints all of the kitchen cabinets. Floors not washed. We were there for 2 nights only. The day we arrived from Boston, one day of touring. We spent 10 days in Greece. Athen was the only disappointment. The furniture is old and shappy. The air conditioning is very out dated & doesnt work well.
