Four guests can enjoy the modern amenities and design of this one-bedroom. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and wall-mounted television, is a lovely spot to relax when you're not exploring the neighborhood or nearby beaches. The sofa easily converts into a double bed to accommodate two guests.







Immediately adjacent are the equally spacious dining room and kitchen with direct access to the large covered balcony, a fabulous place for outdoor dining! Relax, have a drink, and enjoy the sites and sounds of your neighborhood from the balcony!







The modern kitchen is well-outfitted for cooking throughout your stay. There are full-size, high-quality appliances to facilitate meal preparation: stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Additionally, there are dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and coffeemaker for added convenience.







The well-appointed, spacious bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed with a large, built-in armoire for your things. All of the bed linens and towels are provided for each bed and guest. Additional amenities include soap, toilet paper, an iron, and shampoo. The apartment also has a clothes washer for added convenience.







The equally well-appointed bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Paleo Faliro is an upscale coastal district situated on the east coast of Phalerum Bay, a bay of the Saronic Gulf. It is a coastal resort and residential town, famous in large part as the gateway to the Athens Riviera. It was once a seaside village of fishermen, shepherds, and farmers. Still present are turn-of-the-century mansions of wealthy Athenians who sought the beachfront. The town is minutes from Athens via several bus lines and the Athens tram.



Paleo Faliro is close to the highly desirable districts of Marina Flivos, Glyfada, and Vouliagmeni, favored for their vast shopping, leisure, and recreational choices. Glyfada is also a very popular beach town, perfect for families, children, and friends. It has a vast range of activities. You'll also find many nightclubs and bars lining the beach and coast.



The bustling commercial center of Paleo Faliro, the famous nighttime scene of Glyfada, the newly developed, luxurious Marina Flisvos - and easy access to public transportation - make Paleo Faliro the ultimate choice for a holiday in Athens. The area's most important cultural sites and popular beaches are all within easy reach from Paleo Faliro.



The town's tree-lined waterfront promenade and beach are a big attraction. There are numerous restaurants and cafes at Flisvos Marina. Also nearby is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre. Possidonos Avenue is a scenic coastal road that stretches 60km from the Athens' port of Piraeus to the southernmost tip of Attica, and Cape Sounio.



The Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos is about 40 minutes (about 35 km).

The famous port of Piraeus is about 20-30 minutes or 10 km.

The Acropolis is just 8 km.

The international airport is 33 km and can be reached conveniently on the bus.

Enjoy the Riviera's coastal route by tram to the beach of Voula or continue to Vouliagmeni, approximately 20 km.

The upscale beach town of Glyfada is also a short drive away and well worth a visit.



Things to do in Athens:



The UNESCO World Heritage sites of the Acropolis and the medieval Daphni Monastery.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.



We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
