Mooi historisch huis op Kerkstraat in Monroe van de binnenstad, GA. Dit huis in boerderijstijl is gebouwd in 1900 en is daarmee het oudste huis in de historische wijk. Op loopafstand van de Monroe-brouwerijen, het centrum, het katoenpakhuis, de machinekamer, het McDaniel-Tichenor-huis, de Sparrow Hill Inn en nog veel meer! Slechts 5 minuten van de Monroe Golf & Country Club. 35 minuten van Athene voor je voetbalwedstrijden van de Universiteit van Georgia. We love everything about this house. It has the wonderful charm of being a historic home while still providing modern needs. The neighborhood is great and very close to all of the shopping and restaurants downtown. Monroe is a great little town and this house is the perfect place to stay.

This was a very nice older home in the historic district of Monroe Georgia.Very quaint little town suitable and safe for walking around. There was a little playground across the street for our three-year-old grandson to have funny and the pool and hot tub at the house were big hits as well! The place is well kept and maintained and had everything from towels, toiletries, to a well stocked kitchen! Patrick, who I dealt with was just spot on with prompt answers to all my questions and very professional to deal with. You won't be disappointed staying at this location!

Perfect getaway

This gorgeous house is not only comfortable and Homie, the outside area is like an oasis. Beautiful playground across the street and quick walk to all the downtown shops and fun activities for the kids. Can’t wait to return and have fun again!

Perfect for Group Getaways!

This getaway house is spacious and perfect for a group of six. The pool was great, with different depths for everyone to enjoy. The whole town was calm and peaceful — a very relaxing atmosphere.We did spot two large cockroaches near the outdoor dining table, but luckily we didn’t see any inside the house. Overall, the vibe was great and we had a lot of fun.Some of our group members who prefer really hot showers were a bit disappointed, as the water didn’t get hotter than lukewarm.Still, the host was very responsive and quick to reply, which we really appreciated!

Just Lovely !

Beautiful property inside and out. Patrick was the primary owner I communicated with and was very kind and attentive. The interior was very spacious and so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We did not use the pool area but it was set up so nicely and was perfect for a family! Large yard too. Great area and so close to town.

Most relaxing getaway

This vacation home was simply incredible! The architecture features in the home make it so special & the modern updates make it perfect! We enjoyed our time on the enormous front porch reading, listening to rain & watching the people go by. The farmhouse dining table was used to enjoy several home cooked meals & family game night. However the spacious and refreshing pool was the only place to spend those hot & humid Georgia afternoons. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable & wonderful family getaway!

Amazing!

I can't stress AMAZING enough! Very Roomy, Very Clean, Very convenient to everything!!! We stayed for two nights since our daughter was getting married in a venue close tot he house. It truly was PERFECT! Beds were super soft. Plenty of room for our crowd and visitors coming in and out! I would highly recommend this house. Also, the owners were so kind and thoughtful...for us to have a wedding weekend and people running in and out they understood and worked really well with us!

Weekend Stay at The Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at The Cottage in Monroe. The beautiful historic home is clean and spacious with restored hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. The wide front porch and well-equipped pool and patio area were especially relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our hosts supplied everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The downtown Monroe area is walkable with fabulous restaurants and cute shops. I highly recommend Jordan and Patrick as your hosts!

Nice cozy house

Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of things to do. It was a few blocks away from downtown which is great for my family no traffic noise. House was clean and management was quick to respond. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house.

Adorable Cottage

My family and I had a wonderful time at this adorable cottage home. We got to spend wonderful quality time together for a family wedding weekend. Great place to stay in Monroe

Came to Monroe for a family wedding. Our stay at this house was just perfect. House is very beautiful, clean and beds were so comfortable. It is very close to restaurants and downtown. The hosts are awesome to work with and communicated to make sure we had everything we needed. We accidentally left some personal items when checking out and they were so accommodating and kind to make sure we got items back. Overall stay and experience was the best. If you are looking for a place to stay in Monroe book this place as it’s a gem.
