'We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was great—from the clean and well-maintained house to the excellent communication with the host. We were a group of six, and the home offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and even some surprise visits from local wildlife—we spotted deer, a chipmunk, and a variety of birds, which was a treat!The location was also perfect. 'We ended up getting properties switched due to issues in the houses, but the one we ended up with we absolutely loved!! Very close to Covington Square. Our hostess stayed in touch regularly and was very helpful. Sweet Magnolias was filming there during our visit so we fell in love with the area even more! Everyone is nice! '

'Inside was clean and well stocked with all the daily necessities of living. We were comfortable and slept well. The water was HOT at all times in both bathrooms. The AC worked excellent and kept the house temperature comfortably cool. The host was quick to respond and allowed early check-in. The outside needs pressure washing and some minor repairs, but the inside made up for the outside. Highly recommend '

'I will definitely be using this home for my next and hopefully all trips in Georgia. The home was comfortable and spacious…there were towels out on the bed, folded neatly. The kids didn’t want to leave lol..they loved “the blue house” lol. The neighborhood was very quiet. I liked that we were able to walk around the neighborhood. '
