'House was as advertised! The outside could use some curb appeal, grass needs to be cut! The home was a little older than the pictures convey but it was spacious and clean! Having access to a garage was a great bonus! Host was prompt with responses and communication was easy!'

'The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you.'

'Normally I’d say the lack of communication was a bad thing, but honestly this trip it didn’t matter. We easily got into the house, everything was as it should’ve been, and we had a great stay! The house is cute and well done, and there’s an unofficial park just up the road that has the 3 oldest Oaks in all ATL dating back to 1873!!! Holy cow, what an honor to see those! '

'This was probably one of top places i hace stay at using Vrbo! It was immaculate! Nardos was an exceptional host! We were visiting for my daughters senior spring break. I had asked about some insider hot spots and boy did Nardos deliver! We had such a great time! Atlanta was not far from our stay and it was easy to and from Atlanta! If i am everthat way again i will definitely be stay here again! Thank you Nardos for your wonderful hospitality!'

'The house and set up were great. Location to highway was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. My only two complaints is that the alarm system was not working properly and kept going off. The code we were sent did not work and the alarm was being triggered with the inside sensors and the front door. The Host did finally message back and they might have turned off virutal, we do not know becuase communication was lacking. When they did their after first night follow up. 'The cabin was clean and well appointed. The perfect place to relax with the flowing river, hot tub, and fire pit. The host clearly communicates ahead of time so you can prep for the stay. We are glad we chose The Roost for our get away!'
